Phase2 week 4

All,

  Today is the start of week four of phase two. I will be posting my 60 day pictures at the end of this week. Hopefully you will be able to see some improvements from the 30 day to the 60 day shots.

  Today is Yoga X, now I am not a big fan of Yoga X and I admit the reason that is…. well, its just plain hard! The first 45 minutes of this program is a killer, and I am not that flexible so some of these routines are not pleasant. I don’t know if I will ever like Yoga X, but one thing is for sure. It does work, this program makes me sweat more then most.

 To be honest, I am really looking forward to the last phase! I am going to destroy my muscles this last round. Then when it is all done, I am going to do it all over again!
