  1. Wow, day 86 really shows that you worked hard. I’m about to start p90x and am more confident than ever that I’ll achieve my goals. Great job! I’m inspired! I’ll share my story as well.


  2. you look exactly the same….in the last pic u just shaved yourself to make ur muscles stand out more. anywayz….i think it takes more than 90 days to actually see giant results.


    • I have to disagree, My muscle tone has progressed a lot since day 1. Huge results are not there and that may be more because of my makeup then anything else. I appreciate your reply though, makes me want to try harder.

  4. he’s jealous. look at that result! went skinny a but from the transition. (i bet edai has no idea of the fitness you need for p90x) then bulked up into a brad pitt body after adjustment!! really motivates me, i’m in the getting skinny first 30 days phase,


  5. Great work, bro. I have been an on-again, off-again weight-lifter, cross-fitter, and runner. I am priming myself for the program by modifying my diet to healthier levels (5-6 proportional meals with more protein, fruits, nuts, etc..), running, and lifting. I am ready to start the transformation.

    I am apparently genetically predisposed to hold a bit of body fat in the typical places a male does: in the gut and love handles. Not too becoming for a pretty skinny guy. The last time I had abs was when I came back from my combat deployment and that was due to the high amount of calories burned on constant patrols mixed with working out as often as possible.

    Again, great job and keep it up! I am a believer!
