Plusing the current program.

Now that I am going on the 2nd week of the 2nd round of P90X, I want to bring it even more! This time I am going to introduce protein powder and Creatine Mono-hydrate. I want to add more muscle mass to my very lean frame. Since I am a hard gainer I am going to give myself a little bit of help

I have been doing research on both types of products. I found this very cool website. www.bodybuildingforyou.com this site is very informative on both of these products.
