Just a quick update to let everyone who comes around here that I am still around and I have just started the p90x Plus routine. I am on the first week so I will come back this weekend or next week to talk about the new program. So far with just doing Upper Plus and Abs/Core Plus, I have to say that it is very enjoyable.
