		<description>Great work, bro.  I have been an on-again, off-again weight-lifter, cross-fitter, and runner.  I am priming myself for the program by modifying my diet to healthier levels (5-6 proportional meals with more protein, fruits, nuts, etc..), running, and lifting.  I am ready to start the transformation. 

I am apparently genetically predisposed to hold a bit of body fat in the typical places a male does: in the gut and love handles.  Not too becoming for a pretty skinny guy.  The last time I had abs was when I came back from my combat deployment and that was due to the high amount of calories burned on constant patrols mixed with working out as often as possible.  

Again, great job and keep it up!  I am a believer!</description>
